Discounted prices during the Sale will be displayed directly next to the item, with the original price crossed out next to it. The sale price will be automatically applied in your cart, and reflected at checkout.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (more on final sale policy here). These Final Sale items are clearly marked in text above the product name.

Full priced items purchased during the promotion are still eligible for return or exchange– so if you need to send something back, you still can.

Discount codes (like the ones you receive in our emails) can still be applied to full priced items, and doing so will not affect their return eligibility.

However, discount codes cannot be stacked with Sale discounts. This means they won’t reduce the price of already discounted items. If you try to apply one to your cart, you’ll notice the prices of Sale items remain unchanged.

The short answer is no. With the exception of a few core styles, our pieces are produced in small, single-run batches. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. The items included in the Sale are from these limited runs, so if you’ve got your eye on something, don’t wait. The chances of a restock are slim to none.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

For orders placed between 11/1 and 12/23: returns and exchanges are allowed within 60 days of delivery, and must be submitted in our Return Portal. We will take back anything that isn’t worn, altered, or washed with all tags attached. We encourage you to reuse the package that you received your item in to limit excess waste.

Returns must be sent back using the provided return label and the item(s) are required to match what is listed on the return packing slip. Do not combine returns. Nation Los Angeles is not responsible for returns or items not meeting this criteria.

FINAL SALE

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

HANDLING FEES

At checkout, there is an option to add Checkout+ and unlock free returns on your order. Otherwise, there is a $9 handling fee applied to returns. The handling fee is waived for exchanges.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, use our Return Portal to submit your return. The portal will guide you through uploading photos and selecting your resolution. No handling fees apply for damaged or wrong items. If the item is final sale, please reach out and we'll help process the return.

This depends which shipping option is chosen at checkout:

  • For U.S. orders shipping Standard, or International orders, we recommend placing your order by December 14th.
  • For U.S. orders with FedEx 2Day® expedited shipping should be placed by December 18th.

You can exchange a gifted item in our Gift Return Portal. More info can be found here. And no, the gift giver will not know if you return a gift.
