Shipping options are determined by the items in your order and the delivery location.

Standard Shipping: Orders will automatically be set to ship with Standard Shipping and will ship USPS. Shipping is free for US orders $175+.

FedEx 2Day®: Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. FedEx 2Day® is not available for (Renew) orders, international shipments, or orders shipping to PO Boxes.

(Renew): (Renew) items will ship separately from the rest of your order and will ship with USPS. Once the order is placed, the seller is given 7 business days to ship the order.

International: All international orders are shipped through DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, including duties and taxes.

Standard processing time is 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Standard (USPS Ground): Processing + 2–5 business days (longer for HI, AK, and U.S. Territories)

FedEx 2Day®: Processing + 2 business days

International (DHL Express): Allow up to 5 business days to process and another 5 business days to deliver.

Note that the shipping times outlined above are estimates that can be impacted by inclement weather and other unforeseeable circumstances. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or company observed holidays.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

YES. We ship internationally with DHL Express.

Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and will be included in your shipping fee - you can see the actual breakdown of shipping charge versus duties and taxes here as well. Your order will be sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, and you will not be charged additional duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order.
