1. Scan and Register Your Bag
When your bag is full, scan the QR code printed on it. Log in, confirm your details, and register your bag for recycling.
2. Choose Your Shipping Method
You’ll see the option to drop off at a nearby Happy Returns location first. Prefer UPS? Select “Show More Options” to print a UPS shipping label instead.
3. Find the Closest Drop-Off Location
Based on your address, we’ll show the nearest Happy Returns Bars (often located inside UPS Stores) for clothing and textile recycling.
4. Get Your Unique QR Code
After registering, you’ll receive a unique Happy Returns QR code by email. This is different from the code printed on your bag.
5. Drop Off Your Bag
Bring your (Recycle) Take Back Bag to your chosen UPS Store, show the emailed QR code, and hand off your textiles for recycling.
