START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, and must be submitted in our Return Portal. We will take back anything that isn’t worn, altered, or washed with all tags attached. We encourage you to reuse the package you received your item in to limit excess waste. Exchanges are free, returns for refunds have an $8 handling fee.
Returns must be sent back using the provided return label and the item(s) must match what is listed on the return packing slip. Do not combine returns. Nation Los Angeles is not responsible for returns or items not meeting this criteria.
CHECKOUT+ ON YOUR ORDER
For the past year, Nation has offered Checkout+ on our orders. Customers could opt to pay a $2.98 fee on their order in exchange for free returns and exchanges. Starting 9/28/26, we are moving away from this program. If you purchased Checkout+, your return is still covered under those terms. Start your return the same way in our
Return Portal, no handling fee will apply regardless of return outcome.
FINAL SALE
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
WRONG ITEMS
If you receive wrong item, use our Return Portal to submit your return. The portal will guide you through uploading photos and selecting your resolution. No handling fees apply for wrong items. If the item is final sale, please contact us and we'll help process the return.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrived with a damaged or defective item, please fill out our Contact Form Here. Our team will work with you to fix it. Please keep the item and packaging, our team will ask for photos.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Refunds typically take an additional 3–5 business days to post to your original payment method, depending on your bank.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery, and must be submitted in our Return Portal. We do not offer pre-paid return labels or exchanges for international orders.
To initiate an international return, start here using the email address used for your original order. Follow the return steps and send your package to the address provided.
All duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to confirm delivery.
