Suchi Dress
$188
This V neck organic cotton mini dress combines the best of both worlds: it’s a one-and-done outfit that gives the illusion of a two piece set. Poplin straps and buttons with a tiered, short poplin skirt make it a little flirty too. (This one comes in Blue Bottle.)
Fit: Form-fitting. Snug through the bust and waist.
Details: Adjustable drawstring, Elastic waist, Functional buttons, Tiered skirt, V neck
Our lightest rib knit with soft texture, subtle slub, and airy stretch. A barely-there feel that still keeps its shape.
Contents: 95% Organic Pima Cotton, 5% Elastane
Construction: Knit
Fabric Weight: Lightweight
Sheerness: Not Sheer
Stretch: Lots of Stretch
Care: Wear more, wash less. Machine washable. We recommend the delicate cycle with like colors and cold water. Air dry or tumble dry on a low setting. It's best to wash these items separate from abrasive items like denim, towels, or items with hardware (zippers, buttons) as it causes unnecessary wear and tear.
About Pima Cotton
Made in: Peru
Impact Score: B+ | Good
Combines sustainable and recycled elements. Reduces harm compared to conventional fibers but includes non-biodegradable synthetics.
Landfill time: Cotton Portion: Biodegradable within ~3–12 months.
Synthetic Portion (Spandex/Elastane): 20–200 years, depending on soil oxygen levels.
What We Love:
Organic; grown without harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
Local "seed-to-garment" approach significantly reduces carbon footprint.
Naturally soft, durable, and fully biodegradable (cotton portion).
Fabric scraps from cutting are bundled and re-purposed into mops, rags, and mattress fillers, ensuring a circular supply chain.
Pima requires 50% less water than conventional cotton; naturally drought tolerant.
Spandex adds comfortable stretch for fitted everyday wear.
What We Don't Love:
Although our raw cotton suppliers employ regenerative practices, they are not officially certified as regenerative.
Spandex/Elastane is a synthetic polymer that does not biodegrade and contributes to microplastic pollution.
Blending cotton with synthetics extends landfill time and limits circularity.
