Wear More, Wash Less
Wash by hand or drop at an environmentally friendly dry cleaner as needed. We don’t recommend machine washing this fabric, but if you must, use the delicate cycle with cold water and place it inside out in a lingerie bag.
Air dry.
To remove wrinkles, a steamer is much gentler on fabric than an iron - just be sure to use distilled water in your steamer, as tap water contains minerals that can leave water spots on your garments.
C | Low
Predominantly unsustainable materials with minimal measures to mitigate harm. Relies on resource-heavy production and lacks traceability.
Landfill time: Viscose/Rayon portions: ~6 weeks to 1 year in ideal conditions (can take up to 20 years in low-oxygen environments).
Synthetic portions: 20–200 years depending on elastane/poly content.
What We Love:
Made from renewable tree pulp, offering a soft, breathable hand-feel.
Naturally biodegradable under proper conditions.
Drapes beautifully — ideal for elevated silhouettes and flowy styles.
What We Don't Love:
Production typically uses toxic chemicals unless Ecovero or closed-loop.
Deforestation risk if pulp is not FSC-certified.
Lacks full traceability; most suppliers don’t disclose pulp origin or waste treatment.
Blended synthetics increase environmental impact and reduce recyclability.
